Next time have the people swap builds. It's possible that the support group were just more skilled than the AP group, skewing the results. Although as a Soraka main, I do think building support on her is better. But it's still an easily skewed test.
If you go for ap support soraka you just can take care yourself but you can't take care adc:p

That wasnt a very good video guys. I saw the ap soraka missing abilities and getting late to the fight. the first part was ok.

I prefer mixed. I don't wear shoes instead I buy death cap or sometimes change Knight's Vow to unholy grail(this gives you another 90 ap)
